For our research on the “redfactor” in Agapornis fischeri, we have been informed that many bird enthusiasts in the Philippines own these birds and are willing to cooperate with the research. However, the main problem appears to be the shipment to Belgium. Therefore, together with several people in the Philippines, I have looked for a solution and found one.

May we kindly ask you to place the feathers (from around the cloaca area and from the body), for each bird separately, in a small plastic bag, seal it properly, and write the ring number and the breeder’s name on the bag.
