| Ornitho-Genetics vzw is an official, independent non-profit organization dedicated to the research and study of color mutations, genetics, evolution, taxonomy, and the preservation of bird species. To support this research, we have established worldwide collaborations with experts, scientists, universities, and museums. We always verify our information against as many sources as possible and base it on the latest scientific findings or our own research. The results of these studies are published regularly in books, online, and in both aviculture and scientific journals. |
| Ornitho-Genetics vzw is een onafhankelijke non-profit organisatie die zich toelegt op research naar kleurmutaties, genetica, evolutie, taxonomie bij vogels en behoud van soorten / natuurlijke habitats. De resultaten van deze onderzoeken worden regelmatig gepubliceerd in boeken, ornithologische tijdschriften of wetenschappelijke journaals en/of aangeboden in de vorm van lezingen en webinars. Om dit te ondersteunen wordt er wereldwijd samengewerkt met wetenschappers, universiteiten en musea. We proberen ook steeds alle info te checken aan zoveel mogelijk wetenschappelijke bronnen of onze eigen onderzoeken. |
